Yes. My counseling license is in Florida, so therapy is available to clients who live in Florida. If you’re a therapist outside Florida, Gestalt Coaching & Consulting may be a good fit.

All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private space where you can talk freely. Sessions take place on a secure, confidential platform.

This is an online practice, so there’s no office to walk into. If you’re in the Plantation area and meeting in person really matters to you, contact me and we can look at it case by case.

Most clients start weekly, then meet less often as things shift. Some prefer every two weeks from the start, and later on, some come as needed or for a monthly check-in. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, depending on what you need. There’s no long-term commitment; we adjust the pace together.

A 60-minute session is $175, including the first one, since there’s no intake session fee. The 20-minute consultation is always free. Unique Counseling is a private-pay practice, so our work isn’t shaped by insurance requirements. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

Yes. The emotionally focused work we do translates well to online sessions. Many clients find it easier to open up from their own space, where they already feel safe.
